How often should commercial refrigeration be maintained?
Most commercial refrigeration benefits from maintenance two to four times per year. High-volume equipment or harsh environments may require more frequent attention. At minimum, we recommend twice-yearly visits to catch issues before they become emergencies.
Will maintenance prevent every breakdown?
Preventive maintenance significantly reduces emergency repairs — by up to 70% across our client base — but it cannot guarantee zero failures. What it does guarantee is that wear patterns are caught early, giving you time to plan repairs rather than react to them.
What happens if a repair is needed during a maintenance visit?
All plans include 10–20% discounts on parts and labour for any repair work identified on site. We provide written recommendations so you can prioritise and budget rather than be surprised.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can move to a higher tier at any time, or scale back if your estate changes. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle and require no paperwork beyond a written request.
