Written quote,
in 48 hours.
One operator for your cold side — from the first napkin sketch to the day the compressors hum. We size the walk-in, specify the equipment, run the install, and, if useful, introduce a financing partner. A single written quote inside 48 hours of a site visit, no hidden scope, no handoffs.

Four rooms
we know by heart.
Most of the startup work we do falls into one of four shapes. Each has its own thermal profile, inventory pattern, and regulatory checklist. We lead with the one that fits, not a generic cold-storage template.
Restaurants & cafes
Prep walk-ins, line coolers, bar refrigeration, reach-in freezers for par-baked and frozen inventory. We design around the menu, not the other way around.
Grocery & butcher shops
Display cases, meat cutting rooms, walk-in coolers and freezers with humidity control, blast chillers for in-house butchery. Ontario Food Premises Regulation built in from day one.
Bakeries & patisseries
Dough retarders, proof boxes, display refrigeration, blast chillers for cream work, freezer space for par-baked stock. Temperature and humidity specified per product line.
Convenience & liquor
Glass-door reach-ins, walk-in beer coolers, keg rooms, and back-of-house freezer capacity. Built for the margin realities of quick-turn retail.
One operator, end to end.
No subcontracted chain. You get one named project lead from first phone call to commissioning — and after.
Sizing & thermal load
We measure the space, model the load, and check electrical capacity, drainage, and ventilation. The size on the quote is the size you actually need — not an over-spec from the supplier, not an under-spec from a rushed fit-out.
New or certified used
Fresh-from-factory walk-ins for the flagship. Refurbished, tested, and warrantied pre-owned units for the budget-conscious second location. We quote both side-by-side when it makes sense so you choose with real numbers.
Install & commissioning
Panel assembly, refrigeration lines, electrical, refrigerant charge, drain routing, controls setup, commissioning, and a start-up report. In-house certified technicians — no third-party handoff.
Financing introduction
Optional. If financing helps you open on the right equipment, we introduce a vetted Canadian partner. Approval runs in parallel with the quote — usually days, not weeks.
Compliance-ready
Ontario Food Premises Regulation, Toronto Public Health, TSSA refrigerant handling. Documented temperatures, refrigerant logs, and commissioning reports ready for inspection on day one.
After opening
The same phone number and the same 24 / 7 dispatch from day one. Preventive maintenance plans available from the start, not bolted on six months later.
From first call to a real, itemised quote.
Intake call
A short conversation — business type, site, rough square footage, opening window. No pitch, no pressure. We leave the call with a list of the questions a site visit will answer.
Site visit
We come to you — usually within a business day or two. Measurements, electrical and drainage assessment, layout notes, photos. Forty-five minutes to an hour, on average.
Written quote
A single, itemised written quote covering equipment, labour, electrical, refrigerant, disposal, and commissioning. Clear line items for new vs. certified used where it matters. No surprises later.
Your decision
You take the quote to your investors, your accountant, or the back of a napkin. We answer questions for free. When you sign, we schedule — and if you need financing, that introduction runs in parallel.
One document. Nothing left for later.
The honest answers.
What does the 48-hour promise cover?
From the moment we complete the on-site visit, a written, itemised quote lands in your inbox within 48 hours. If a site detail requires a supplier callback — a specific compressor lead time, for example — we include what we know and note the single open item with a firm date to close it.
Do you work with businesses that have not signed a lease yet?
Yes. We can do an advisory call at the concept stage so you know what the cold-storage line is likely to run before you sign the lease. Many operators use that number to negotiate tenant improvement allowances.
Can I mix new and certified used equipment?
Often the smartest move. A new walk-in with a certified refurbished reach-in freezer, for example. We quote both options with warranty terms side-by-side so the trade-off is visible.
Do I have to take the financing introduction?
No. It is optional. Financing is offered on the same page as the quote — take it, leave it, or ask us to run the numbers both ways. The financing partner is paid by the lender, not by you, and never by us.
Is the quote actually free?
Yes. The intake call, the site visit, and the written quote are free. You commit when you sign the quote, and not a minute before. We would rather spend the hour and lose the job than hand you a quote you cannot trust.
What if the site is outside Toronto?
We service the full GTA and much of Ontario. For sites beyond Hamilton or east of Oshawa, the site visit may take an extra day to schedule — the 48-hour quote clock still starts when we leave the site.
Do you help with health inspection and permits?
Yes. Every quote is Ontario Food Premises Regulation-ready, with refrigerant documentation per TSSA requirements. We coordinate directly with your GC and public health inspector as needed — no extra charge.
Tell us what you are opening.
A site visit within days, a written quote inside 48 hours of that visit. One of our operators will reach out personally — usually within a business hour or two.
Information is used only to scope the quote and, if requested, introduce the financing partner. Never shared beyond that.
Cold is failing?
We are already on the way.
Product losing temperature. Compressor down. Walk-in warming. Call the line — a technician answers, an ETA is given, and a van is moving. Under sixty minutes is the standard across the GTA.
